eAlerts (aka Announcements in Connect) are being used by the MN 4th District to notify affected defendants of courthouse closures due to COVID-19 emergency measures, reducing the volume of phone inquiries to the court service center. March 2020
AgileGov’s Connect integrated with Sonoma’s Odyssey case management system will provide hearing reminder and general notifications to court clients. Both parties will explore how Connect can be used to assist with informing clients of new courthouse procedures being implemented in response to COVID-19. April 2020
