Jim Page, Principal Architect
Jim has nearly 30 years of IT experience and co-founded Integration Architects in 2000. He started his career at IBM, spending 10 years in the engineering and marketing divisions. Prior to founding Integration Architects, Jim held leadership roles in three IT consulting firms in both management and practice leadership, and he continues to actively lead client engagements. His primary focus is in helping clients with strategic planning and cross-functional business integration, often acting as a catalyst between business and technical management in challenging environments.
Jim has served as a Project Manager and Business Architect for multiple large-scale integration initiatives in the public and private sector, including integration of the pilot implementation of a new court case management system for the MN Supreme Court and the design, implementation, and integration of a new biometric identification system for the MN Department of Public Safety.
Jim graduated with distinction from the Institute of Technology at the University of Minnesota with a degree in Mechanical Engineering. He lives in Minnesota with his wife, Elizabeth, and dog, Riley. He and Riley are North Shore hikers and long time Gopher basketball fans.
Joe Golemo, Principal Marketing Officer
Joe is the Principal Marketing Officer and co-owner of Integration Architects. He is a senior management, strategic planning, business development, and marketing executive with over 25 years of IT Industry experience. He has helped four IT consulting services firms become acquired, successfully started and turned-around failing branch offices, and managed their strategic planning, and business growth.
Joe began his career as a Chemical Engineer and Manager of the Environmental Engineering Dept. at IBM in Rochester, MN, then moved into Sales with IBM. He has served in Management, Operations, Business Development, and Consulting roles for IT consulting firm including: BORN, Connect, is.com, and Trexin.
He has served as the Board Chairperson for two not-for-profit organizations: Starbase Minnesota and Crisis Connection, and received a Minnesota Governor’s Award for Services provided to the Minnesota National Guard.
Joe holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the Illinois Institute of Technology and an MBA in Finance and Strategic Planning from the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Management. He lives in Minnesota with his wife, Melissa, two children, and dog, Marco.
